The Role
The Training Services Operations Associate will work as an integral part of the Training Operations team to support the Training Services sales process from inquiry to sales processing to course enrollment.

What You'll Do

  • Process Training transactions
  • Answer customer inquiries for Veeva Training
  • Respond to help desk tickets
  • Enroll customers into training courses
  • Support the onboarding of new training customers
  • Assist with testing of new IT features to automate training transaction processing
  • Monitor phone queue and team workload across time zones
  • Requirements

  • Customer service experience supporting internal and external facing corporate processes
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills 
  • Flexibility to support Europe and North America hours
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to make decisions following stated process and policies
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills
  • Nice to Have

  • Salesforce and Zendesk Experience
  • Multilingual
