– We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Coach -

 

At Yettel, we want to be our customers' Partner in the Tech World.

 

And we make sure to live up to that: 2024 marks the year of our digital transformation at Yettel, with the aim to become a mobile centric digital challenger or in other words we want to reinvent the way we do Telco. Our goal is to transform our operation to be able to create digital, customer-centric solutions and to take our customer’s digital experience to the next level.

 

The transformation is reaching new heights from June onwards: having successfully completed the designing phase, we are now embarking on the implementation of agile operations. Our ambitions with this new operating model is to be able to think out of the box, experiment more, and quickly bring to market new solutions.

 

This also brings about the creation of new roles. Currently, we are seeking a blackbelt professional to support the transformation, as an Agile Coach.

What do you need to become an Agile Coach?

· Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach in a scaled environment, ideally in telecommunication industry or multinational environment

· Proficient in Agile methodologies with certification like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

· Demonstrated experience in coaching teams and leadership through Agile transformation

· Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, etc

· Ability to adapt Agile principles to diverse organizational cultures and structures

· Strong moderation skills with a focus on steering meetings, supporting conflict resolution, summarizing discussion results and agreeing specific measures

· Strong solution-orientation and technological affinity paired with flexibility and intuition

· Market- and customer-oriented way of thinking and attitude

· Effective communication skills in English (C1 level) combined with coaching, mentoring and facilitation abilities

· Team spirit, empathy and emotional intelligence

Would you like to know, as an Agile Coach, what items are included on your ToDo List?

· Provide guidance and support to teams and leadership in Agile adoption

· Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate on Agile principles and practices

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across the organization

· Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

· Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders across the organization, fostering alignment and ensuring that all parties are working towards the same goal

· Monitor progress, identify challenges, and adjust strategies to ensure successful transformation
