Customs Specialist


One of our multinational partner company is looking for a
CUSTOMS SPECIALIST
The Customs Specialist shall work in Logistics Department and directly report to the Customs Manager of Europe Supply Center and dotted line report to Regional Customs Compliance Manager. Main tasks are listed below:
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for customs classification, maintain HS code database in the system, provide HS code for EMS and suppliers
  • Support EMS/LSP partners’ customs business daily operation
  • Take part on supplier’s meeting and internal trainings
  • Maintain customs clearance related KPIs
  • Follow up and study the customs regulation and related policy changes
  • Take part and support customs audits, collect materials requested by auditors
  • Support Europe Region countries daily in- and outbound operation

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree of economics, logistics, international trade, customs education
  • Have customs management/operation experience at manufacturing company or forwarding company or customs authority
  • Fluent English
  • Have good communication and coordination skills
  • Have good learning ability, teamwork spirit and strong work initiative.
  • Open to work in multicultural environment
  • Have a good understanding of systems, MS Office package
