Your duties include:

• Establishing and maintaining the contact with commercial real estate service companies, trading premises, developers and real estate agencies
• Monitoring the property market in order to gather information about investments and existing buildings
• Cooperating with other chain operators in terms of the acquisition of properties
• Visiting available properties or investment premises
• Examining the degree of interest of other tenants and tenants’ mix proposed by investor
• Reviewing project documentation of investments/properties
• Preparing report on real estate for the Management Board containing – among others – competition analysis, described photos, maps of cities/districts
• Consulting with lawyer contract provisions
• Negotiating with the property disposer the technical and legal terms of lease
• Monitoring the progress of building works
• Re-negotiating the terms of lease as regards extension of the contract, change of the terms of agreement, extension of property
• Participating in solving potential problems arising in the course of lease of premises
• Acquiring commercial properties of defined parameters in the designated area
• Supporting and coordinating Lease Specialists

• Have experience in commercial real estate property sector of 1-3 years
• Have a college degree
• Have knowledge of legal regulations (lease contracts, construction standards)
• Have experience in administration related to property issues
• Have familiarity with the local real estate property market and the construction sector (cost of building materials, operators’ market)
• Have good skills of planning and organizing
• Have basic IT software (Word, Excel, Power Point) knowledge
• Have excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Hold B category driving license
• Are flexible and willing to travel
• You have experience in leading a small team
