• Enforcing export control policies, procedures and laws
• Record keeping of the export - import books
• Export Control administration management (organizing documents, signatures, mails etc. )
• Supporting procurement and production in export control topics
• Applying for export/import permissions
• Liasoning with HU authorities and German partners
• Coordinating with the customer

• Advanced University degree (Faculty of law or humanities or international studies or public governance or military science or similar) 3 years relevant managerial experience
• C1 English language knowledge (emails and meetings)
• Technical capability to understand the products technical details
• Capability to understand legal background
• Advanced skills of handling and organizing records of goods
• Advanced skills of handling excel database
• Capability to overview projects and synchronise deadlines
• User level knowledge of SAP, export control experience as an advantage
• B2 German language knowledge as an advantage
