HR Generalist

You will have the following responsibilities: 

  • Support the dedicated business areas during the whole employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, internal movements, performance management, offboarding, organizational changes 

  • Close cooperation with mid-level managers and first point of contact for employees 

  • Coordinate the dedicated   areas’ recruitment process with a close cooperation with talent acquisition team 

  • Ensure that all required process is implemented in terms of onboarding, offboarding and internal changes with a close cooperation with HR specialists 

  • Administration tasks, e.g. prepare job descriptions, offers in case of internal changes, documents related to termination of

  • employment 

  • Participation in performance management processes (support Performance Management process, supporting managers in preparing development plans for underperformers, preparing written warnings, managing the exit process) 

  • Coordinate the dedicated areas’ learning & development needs 

  • Headcount management 

  • Participate in HR projects (continuous development of onboarding, communication and information sharing on maternity leave) 

  • Work closely with and support the HR Business Partner 

 

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are: 

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience 

  • Basic knowledge in Labour Law 

  • Fluent English 

  • Proactive and can-do attitude 

  • Analytical, precise- data mindset 

  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills 

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with mid-level management 

  • Good communication skills 

  • Helpful and customer-oriented attitude 

  • Good collaboration skills
