Your duties include:

• Managing and controlling the technical operation and maintenance tasks of rental properties
• Managing technical service requests
• Cooperating with repair contractors
• Negotiating and defining the cost of repair
• Defining and controlling the scope and schedule of repair
• Negotiating with the owner/representative of the facilities to agree on responsibilities and costs about the repair
• Visiting stores occasionally to determine the extent of failure and to check the correctness of repair
• Preparing orders for equipment (eg.:sanitary devices, air conditioning, fans etc.) of PEPCO premises and controlling deliveries
• Ordering technical inspections of fire protection, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation equipment and installations and handling repairs if necessary
• Managing administrative tasks at a high level

• Have minimum 3 years of experience
• Have basic IT software (Word, Excel, Power Point) knowledge
• Have good command of English, both written and verbal
• Have knowledge of construction law
• Knowledge of the construction and electrical industry and technical specifications
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have good skills of planning and organizing
• Have good analytical skills
