- To oversee the protection of the physical, personal and intellectual assets of Rheinmetall Hungary
- Co-develop and implement Corporate Security policies, protocols and procedures for Rheinmetall Hungary
- Review reports on security incidents and breaches, investigate and resolve issues
- Analyze security data to form proposals for improvements, develop reports for Rheinmetall Head of Corporate Security Hungary.
- Attending meetings with other Rheinmetall managers to determine operational needs security wise
- Constantly assess and mitigate potential security threats faced by Rheinmetall Hungary
- To be responsible for security training for the internal and external security staff and Rheinmetall all employees
- To constantly research the latest in security advancements and looking for ways to make security operation more efficient, while being aware of the financial repercussions.
- Completed University Bachelor Degree in Industrial Security, Security Management, Security Organizer or other relevant security related disciplines
- Proven minimum 4 years professional experience on the field of physical and personal security management
- Proven minimum 1 year operational security experience managing high security/vital importance state premises or personals
- Proven 2 years professional experience or state certification about classified data management (TÜK)
- Understanding of security management obligations (including statutory obligations), requirements and dynamics
- Genuine desire to provide security services with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Experience with related MS and other computer software
- Ability to contribute to security management and control
- Leadership skills with ability to drive a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel abroad and within the country
- Able to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and make recommendations in support of goals;
- Able to manage multiple on-going projects and teams,
- Excellent Hungarian and basic English or German language reporting knowledge
