Senior Order Fulfillment Professional
Our partner, a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices are looking for a Senior Order Fulfillment Professional.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand the supply characteristics of ICT products, achieve a balance between material supply, capacity and demand.
- Participate in project supply solution design and improvement, provide solutions for customer specific requirements.
- Coordinate the whole order fulfillment process from PO signing to delivery to customers, ensure timely and accurate supply.
- Deeply understand of forecasting practices, guide the demand team and effectively manage project risks in peak season together with the relevant departments.
- Have the capability of order management analysis and modeling in different business scenarios, improve order fulfillment efficiency with digital tools.
- Achieve excellent performance and KPIs of the dedicated Customer portfolio.
- Responsible for the supply cost and customer satisfaction improvements.
Requirements:
- preferable Master Degree, major in Management, Economy or Logistics/Supply Chain
- 8 years+ work experience in the relevant field, leadership experience is advantage
- Strong communication skills with high customer orientation mindset
- Fluent verbal/written in English
- Can work under pressure
- Good organization skills and good team work
- Understand advanced concepts of supply chain management and digital tools
