• Responsible for the implementation and realization of the functional safety in the projects Creation of functional and technical safety concepts (FSC and TSC)
• Creation and implementation of subsystem analyses (e.g. FMEA, FMEDA, FMECA) Responsibility for risk management (safety management) in ongoing and upcoming projects
• Presentation of results to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintenance, development and communication of processes and methods for system safety

• Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience with functional and technical safety concept
• Experience with IEC 61508 /15026262 is required
• Knowledge of the defense industry is desirable
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
