Your duties include:

  • Plans and then designs the development of the premises in accordance with the company’s standards for approval by the Head of Investment and Investment Director
  • Provides landlords with PEPCO’s „Performance guidelines” for the premises and agrees the areas in terms of the arrangement of the premises and sanitary and electrical installations
  • Prepares sketches of electrical and sanitary installations concerning premises for landlords
  • Orders design offices to prepare a project
  • Coordinates industry projects implemented by design offices (sanitary, electrical, ventilation, heating)
  • Submits approved projects to state administration offices
  • Settles the costs of design works
  • Visits facilities to assess the technical condition
  • Controls the progress of investors’ work
  • Responsibility for obtaining administrative decisions enabling construction works to be carried out and the store to be opened
  • Controls the compliance of the premises with the provisions in the contract
  • Performs a survey of the premises
  • Verifies the distribution of installations in the premises (air conditioning, telecommunications, electrical connections, etc.)
  • Agree on the delivery routes and the method of waste disposal from the premises
  • Controls the full application process (occupancy, building, plaza stop permits)
  • Arranges a schedule of construction and renovation works
  • Coordinates the work of subcontractors on construction sites
  • Supervises the course of construction and renovation works
  • Performs technical acceptance of the components of the works
  • Coordinates works related to the removal of faults until the opening of the store
  • Completes the as-built technical and design documentation for the premises
  • Verifies the as-built cost estimate with actual construction work
  • Collects completed construction and renovation works
  • Settles the costs of construction and renovation works
  • Monitors and gives opinions on the supplier market
  • Negotiates or takes part in negotiations of terms of cooperation with suppliers
  • Orders construction materials and equipment (air conditioning, sound, lighting, etc.)

  • have minimum 3 years of experience – retail experience preferred
  • have versatile professional experience related to the building and investment process
  • have knowledge of legal regulations (Civil Code, construction law & standards, tenancy agreements, investment supervision)
  • are familiar with the local real estate property market and the construction sector (cost of building materials, contractors’ market)
  • have knowledge of real property management, building processes, estimating investment expenditures
  • have basic IT software (Word, Excel, Power Point) knowledge, and if you are a specialist in IT Software – AutoCad
  • speak in English minimum intermediate level
  • have construction licence issued by the local authority is an advantage
