• Completely independent creation of practical documentation taking into account national/international guidelines (ASD S1000D, military specifications)
• Steering and controlling of self-developed work packages
• Preparation of S1000D Guidance Documents
• Technical supervision of new editors to be trained
• Creation of Data Management Requirement Lists (DMRL)
• Correspondence with internal/external departments, various subcontractors and customers
• Preparation of status reports regarding the services rendered, budgets and deadlines
• Creation of quantity structures and support of the superior project management
• Review of the technical documentation on the hardware

• Degree/ Technical training in mechanical engineering or comparable and/or many years of experience in the field of technical documentation
• Good knowledge in the field of military technology
• Good knowledge of the specification S1000D and the regulation H011
• Technical-logical thinking 
• Practical experience with the programs: PTC Arbortext, Adobe Framemaker, MS Office, Editorial Databases (e.g. HiCo), PDM, 3D visualization
