Under the direction of the Manager, EMEA Payroll, the Payroll Analyst - EMEA will possess the experience and
desire to support the EMEA payroll process covering multiple countries in the EMEA region. The incumbent will
possess the knowledge and experience to process accurate payroll, tax calculations, compliance and provide
customer service to all employees in a complex multi-national company.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities

  • Experience managing 6 or more EMEA countries payrolls in a time sensitive and fast pace
  • environment
  • Demonstrated experience with payroll processes in Multiple EMEA countries
  • Demonstrated experience with pension regulations and country schemes
  • Partner directly with other payroll analysts and payroll vendor/provider and Colleague Services
  • Center to support employees
  • Support investigations and analysis to determine the root cause of payroll problems and
  • communicate effectively
  • Work closely with management and accounting for payroll accounting entries, reports, and resolving
  • discrepancies
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work under tight time constraints
  • Participate in improvement projects related to payroll processes
  • Support internal control standards and self-audit processes related to all aspects of payroll
  • Participate in business or functional projects as required

  • Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of overall EMEA Payroll experience, preferably in a large multi-national
  • company
  • Multilingual preference with focus on Dutch Language skills
  • Multiple EMEA country payroll experience required
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple country payrolls concurrently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate to all levels of employees related to payroll items
  • Experience with Workday and CloudPay preferred (Other payroll vendors accepted)
